Artwork Services (Extra Charges):
In the event of low quality or incorrectly sized submitted art, alteration, cleaning and/or recreation of the image may be required for a properly printed product.
Cleaning and/or alteration of images will result in a graphics charge of at least $10. For in depth alterations and/or recreation, price will be determined at time of image submission.
If the file is not print ready, we will notify you of any fees that need to be paid to make sure you get crisp, print ready files for your amazing prints!
In the event that an invoice has been paid, but artwork is found to be in need of cleaning/alterations, a separate invoice will be sent including graphics charges unless Customer can provide corrected images as needed. Please be aware, if Customer uploads incorrectly sized/quality files, this may add time to the turnaround process.

Please list the logo in size (Centimeter , Millimeter, or Inch), and number of colors needed for the image.
Embroidery – Clean Images
With embroidery, the machine is only able to get a certain amount of detail into it. If your image is “distressed” or very detailed, we may not be able to embroider it to the same amount of detail as the original image. We may need to overlay distressed areas with a solid color in order to achieve a clean image. If alterations need to happen to the image, a graphics charge may need to be included (as described above).
